1. Acceptance
By using Iken you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Your content
You retain ownership of every note, task, and memory fact you capture in Iken. We process this content solely to provide the service to you. We never sell your content or use it to train third-party models.
3. Account responsibility
Iken authentication is delegated to Telegram. Keep your Telegram account secure — losing access there means losing access to Iken.
4. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Account → Data & Storage. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.
5. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced inside the app at least 14 days before they take effect.
