What we collect
The notes, tasks, and memory facts you create in Iken. Telegram identity (first name, username, photo) sent to us by the Telegram WebApp when you sign in. Aggregate, non-identifiable usage signals (only when you opt in via Account → Privacy).
What we never collect
Your private Telegram conversations. Anything outside of what you explicitly forward or capture into Iken.
How we use it
Strictly to provide the service: surface relevant memories, generate digests and reflections, answer questions you ask the assistant. We do not sell your data. We do not use it to train third-party models.
Where it lives
A Supabase Postgres database in the EU. Communication is TLS-encrypted; rest data is encrypted by Supabase.
Your rights
Export everything: Account → Data & Storage → Download your data. Delete everything: Account → Data & Storage → Delete account. Both actions are instant and operator-free.
