How does Iken use my Telegram messages?

Only messages you forward to the Iken bot are processed. Everything else stays in your Telegram chats — Iken never reads or stores your private conversations.

Where is my data stored?

Notes, tasks, and memory facts live in a Supabase Postgres database in the EU. Communication is TLS-encrypted; rest data is encrypted by Supabase.

Can I export everything?

Yes — Account → Data & Storage → Download your data. You will receive a JSON archive of your notes, tasks, and memory facts.

How do I delete my account?

Account → Data & Storage → Delete account. The action is irreversible; we keep no backup of your content after deletion.

Why is the assistant in Telegram, not the app?

Telegram is your primary I/O — voice, photos, links land there first. Iken pipes them into structured memory and answers questions in the same chat.
